Every contribution to this campaign funds one thing: reaching Shakopee voters, yard signs, printed materials, and community outreach. No exceptions.

This campaign is fully committed to transparency. Under Minnesota law (Minn. Stat. § 211A), campaign finance reports are filed with the Shakopee City Clerk when total contributions or expenditures exceed $750, and within 14 days after the end of each reporting period. These reports are public record.

Funds are held by the Mustafa Sandhu for City Council Campaign Committee, not by me personally, and are used solely for legitimate campaign purposes as defined under Minnesota law. Any surplus funds at the end of the campaign will be disposed of in accordance with Minn. Stat. § 211A.16.

Contribution Rules

Contributions are limited to $600 per individual per election cycle for Shakopee City Council candidates under Minnesota law.
Contributions from corporations, unions, and other organizations are prohibited under Minnesota law.
Only U.S. citizens and permanent residents may contribute.
By contributing, you confirm you are making this contribution with your own personal funds, not those of another.

Campaign finance reports are public record and filed with the Shakopee City Clerk under Minnesota Statutes § 211A.
